Im looking for a fic where Sam becomes the king of hell through some trails from a old book. I remember Sam and Ruby go get the book from inside a spooky bar bathroom, theres also a cult that follows Sam, and Dean offers to become his consort but Sam really struggles with it. At one point Sam decimates a town, i think.  Castiel is also in it.

Read this story a long time ago, castiel and ruby got de aged but kept their memories and personalities. One scene I think I rememeber was having to cross the street and dean and ruby not wanting to hold hands?

I read a good bones/supernatural crossover two or three years ago that I can't find again and I don't see in my bookmarks.
